Would it be cheaper to buy the turntables and mixer separately? Would you recommend any other packages or turntables/mixers for a beginner like myself?
Either package will work great as long as you know that you will need vinyl records in order to use that equipment. Vinyls are expensive.
Many DJ's now use a laptop or ipods - it is far cheaper that way.
