Wireless Headphones For Couch Potatoes

When would you use wireless headphones? How are they different than regular headphones? Which ones are the best to get?

On the road: If you're on the road, you'll want a Bluetooth enabled set that includes wireless headphones and microphone. It's a small unit that goes over your ear and the microphone is powerful enough to pick up your voice. What type of microphone should I purchase?

Hey! I recently got discovered by a professional singer and her manager father and now I do shows with them. We do about 2 shows a week and its a lot of fun... She has a "Shur" wireless mic and thats what her father wants me to buy but i dont have 400$ for a microphone right now.... I definitely need a wireless mic because we do a lot of audience interraction. I need a mic for an audience of 100-800 people but i dont want to spend 400$. Also, another singer in our group and I are going to do our own shows and book them ourselves so we need a "sound system" lol... how much would that be? and what would we need?

First off congrats on getting "discovered" I suggest a Shure from Ebay. They are the most popular on the market specifically get a Dynamic mic. Go to Ebay for cheap deals and prices on New and Used ones.

As for the Sound System you would need a P.A. system which run about $140-$300 on Ebay or Samash. Your best bet would be to ask her manager for some tips on buying equipment.
