Why are More Businesses Today Utilizing the Services of an Executive Management Consultant
While it is stability that most businesses strive for, in these new changing times, what they are finding more often than not is change that they have to contend with. How they deal with the change that they find themselves straddled with can have a major impact on whether or not they continue to operate profitably.
Common Problems and Issues
In a recent pole that was taken at a business convention in London England, a majority of executives voiced a clear opinion that it was the human aspects of their job, rather then the technical that caused them the majority of their concerns during changes at their place of employment. Would the junior managers and employees under them continue to work as a team? Would they be able to lead the new organization effectively. Would any new changes lead to retention issues that could in turn exacerbate any preexisting problems or issues?
Experience Counts
These are just a few of the reasons why more and more businesses today across the globe are turning to executive management consultants during periods of transition. It only makes sense that a person that has previously gone through stressful business transition periods would be better suited for navigating the uncharted waters that a companies management team can find themselves in.
Startling Statistics
The statistics on common causes for executive transition periods are startling when they are compiled and analyzed. Less than 50% of outsourced projects deliver results at or above initial projections. Also, fewer than 50% of business mergers are successful as well. Also, fewer than 50% of executive personell interventions are initialy successful. These are but a fraction of the reasons why the voice of experience is in such demand today, as businesses everywhere undergo minor to major periods of transition.

How to test the polarity of a RCA speaker output in a car radio?
Ok. I bought a new radio which has RCA output for the speakers. RCA outputs are no different than other outputs: It has a positive and a negative frequency pole (which is what is used in speakers). Since my speakers don't have an RCA input, how do I connect them correctly? I can cut the RCA output and then use the cable directly to the speakers, but how do I find out which cable represents each pole? Is there a way to "measure" it with a Electric Tester and see which cable is positive or negative? Or does anyone already know which side of the RCA output plug, inside or outside, represents the positive and negative pole?

I think two of your assumptions are incorrect: I don't believe the RCA outputs on your car radio are speaker outputs, and an RCA output is different from a speaker output in a modern car audio head unit.
Many head units are equipped with RCA outputs, but they're always low-level outputs used so provide a signal for an external amplifier. They are not capable of driving speakers directly. A few head units do not have internal amplifiers. Those that include amplifiers generally have speaker output wires in the same plug as the power and ground wires. If your head unit has white, gray, green and violet wires (each with a matching wire with a black stripe) then those are the speaker outputs.
An RCA plug carries the audio signal on the center pin, and the outside shield is used for the signal ground. In a head unit, the signal ground is usually the same as the chassis ground, and it's common to all the RCA outputs. This isn't quite the same as the positive and negative speaker outputs: in a modern "high-power" head unit, both the positive and negative wires carry a signal, and they're isolated from the other outputs, not common. (A few head units still use "common-ground" speaker outputs, but just in the very cheapest models).
