How did the old Sega master system light gun used to work? There was no receiver that plugged in.?
I have my old Master System in the loft. The light gun plugs into the joystick port, works fine, but unlike the later guns it has no receiver that goes above the TV. I remember it being revolutionary at the time. How could this have worked?
I think it used the glass tube of the T.V to reflect a signal back to the gun. They don't work on plasma or LCD TVs.
