mic headset works w/ windows vista but not windows vista 64 bit?
i bought a headset a while back for my foreign language class so i can do the online homework and it worked fine. Then i get a new laptop and now the headset doesn't work. I bought a new one (cause i lent the other one to my sister and i thought she might ave broken it) and still the same problem.
headphones on it work fine but the system doesn't id the mic part., i mean i go to properties and i have the mike jack in the right spot but it still doesn't id it.
ideas?
the bit of the computer does not matter it must be some thing wrong with the input or the speakers.
